Unsolved Mystery

Description A pen and ink drawing done in the mid nineties had to become this painting. Many of my paintings come from drawings and what you learn in drawing is demension, from the inner mind to the outer limits! (title of a old telivision show) I heard someone say "why anyone would paint art is a mystery'. Sometimes I wonder myself until I see a picture that gives me a sense of awe. Perhaps the unsolved mystery is why I paint, as I never know what will be there until I paint it. Mystery solved!
